Book anytime — no restrictions. Fill in all details correctly including your name, contact number, delivery address, and cake details. Any delay caused by incorrect information is the customer’s responsibility. Advance booking is recommended for special occasions like birthdays, anniversaries, and events.
We offer multiple payment options for your convenience:
Cash on Delivery (COD) — pay in cash at the time of delivery
Card Payment — we accept card payments on delivery
Bank Transfer — transfer directly to our account before delivery
All payment methods are equally accepted. Bank transfer customers please send a confirmation screenshot via WhatsApp.
When placing a custom cake order, please provide your preferred size, shape, flavour, filling, colour theme, reference photo, and occasion. Designs inspired by reference photos may have slight variations — an exact replica is not guaranteed. No changes can be made once the order is confirmed.
You have 2–3 hours after placing your order to cancel, modify, or replace it. All requests must be sent via WhatsApp message only. Once this window has passed, the order becomes final and binding — payment will be mandatory and no cancellations, changes, or replacements will be accepted.
Deliveries are made after 5:00 PM daily and all day on Sundays. Delivery charges vary by area and will be confirmed at the time of ordering. Please ensure someone is present at the address to receive the order. Inspect your cake immediately upon arrival — any damage must be reported on the spot with photos via WhatsApp.
Celestial Bake is open 365 days a year. We do not close on public holidays, Eid, national holidays, or any special occasion. Our services are always available — you can place an order any day, any time.
We cater for all occasions including birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, mehndi functions, bridal & baby showers, corporate events, and family gatherings. For bulk or event orders, please contact us as early as possible. DM us for special packages.
Refrigerate your cake if not consuming the same day. Custom cakes are best enjoyed within 24–48 hours of delivery. Keep away from direct sunlight and heat. Our products contain nuts, dairy, and eggs — please notify us of any allergies before placing your order. During summer, frosting may soften slightly in transit; refrigerate for 15 minutes and it will firm back up.
Any complaint must be raised within 2 hours of delivery along with clear photos via WhatsApp. Complaints submitted without photos will not be entertained. We take every concern seriously and aim to resolve all issues promptly.
